All Physical items are subject to a 30 days from the date of purchase returns policy. Depending on the reason for return, you may be required to provide further information related to the order. After we have received the item and they pass quality inspection, the refund will be issued. If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts/accessories, the refund will be reduced to compensate for the lost value of the item
